A fulfilled learner journey

"I feel the qualification went really well and i am pleased with the outcome. The support i received throughout was 10/10. You listened to my learning preferences and took it all on board and worked with me the way that works best for me. You always rang when you said you would and passed over your wealth of knowledge in every session. I don't think i would of achieved the grade i did without the incredible support from Ann and her always believing in my abilities. Ann explained the whole process of my End Point Assessment and what i should expect when undertaking it, she also talked me through an array of practice questions which made me a lot more confident. Ann was very thorough throughout my qualification and also provided me with telephone support after each assessment i had which gave me the opportunity to talk through how it went and to discuss the areas in which i was confident or needed more support on. Ann was an excellent tutor and i am very grateful for the guidance and support she gave me whilst i was undertaking my qualification"
